Performance Measurements Department

The Performance Measurements Department is responsible for developing measurements and reporting of the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary's performance in a way that best provides its leadership with the information it needs to evaluate and manage its activities. It is part of the Planning and the Performance Directorate.

  • "Mapping" of AUXDATA and AUXINFO data fields
  • Creation of a "snapshot" of key measures, with development of a dashboard in the long-term
  • Trends in underway hours for surface operational facilities
  • Member activity related to the RBS Eagle Award, as described in the Auxiliary Manual
  • Development of a system to assess trends related to member retention
